1. Service Description

FluoPDF provides browser-based PDF tools. We offer Free and Pro plans.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Acceptable Use

• The service may not be used to process illegal content.
• Abusing the service (DoS, scraping) is prohibited.
• You must respect the intellectual property of others.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

The Pro subscription is $5/month, billed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. Refund requests can be made within 14 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for data loss or loss of business. Always back up important documents. Files whose FluoLock password is forgotten cannot be recovered.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; you will be notified of significant changes by email.
